2. Eligibility

• Users must be 18+ years and legally competent to contract under Indian law.

• Discrimination against delivery personnel based on caste, religion, gender, etc., will result in account suspension.

3. Account & Security

• You must register an account ("Account") with accurate details.

4. Payments

• Accepted methods: UPI, Cards, Net Banking.

• Refunds processed within 7 business days (subject to bank/payment gateway timelines).

5. Delivery & Fees

• Delivery times are estimates and subject to delays (traffic, weather, etc.).

• Additional fees (e.g., peak-hour charges, small cart fees) may apply.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns: Accepted only for wrong/damaged items (unopened packaging).

• Cancellations: Allowed before order acceptance. No cancellations post-confirmation.

7. User Responsibilities

• Do not share payment details (OTP, CVV) with anyone claiming to represent Hizli.

8. Intellectual Property

• The Platform’s content (logos, text, graphics) is owned/licensed by Hizli Food Solutions. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We disclaim warranties for Product quality (manufacturer warranties apply).

• Not liable for third-party advertisements on the Platform.
